After attaining his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Tennessee, Dr. "Bert" Misner obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.

Dr. Misner was a member of our team from 2002 - 2005 at the former Monnett Eye and Surgery Center. After 12 years of private practice, Dr. Misner has finally returned home to Riverside Eye Center.

Dr. Misner resides in Malabar, Florida with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 3 children, college football (Go Vols!), and experiencing new local dining and music venues with friends and family.
