Riverside Eye Center is proud to offer our Patient Portal – allowing our patients convenient, secure access to your eye doctor’s office online, 24/7 – from the comfort and privacy of your home! Riverside Eye Center’s Patient Portal will allow you to view clinical summary documents from your visits, as well as securely message your doctor and supporting staff at your convenience from any internet accessible device. You can also rest assured as your medical information remains on a secure server and encrypted website to protect your personal health information.

Benefits of the Patient Portal

Instead of time-consuming phone calls, our Patient Portal allows you instant access to communicate with doctors and staff at Riverside Eye Center regarding your eye care. With the Patient Portal, you will have the ability to:

  • Send secure messages directly to your doctor and our supporting staff
  • Request prescription refills online
  • View clinical summary documents from previous visits

No health information is sent via email. When we receive messages submitted via the Patient Portal, a member of our office will either call you directly within 48 business hours of your message, or they will push a reply to your portal account. You must login to your portal account to view any communications relating to your protected health information (PHI).

How to Enroll

Getting started with Riverside Eye Center’s Patient Portal is easy! Be sure to list your email address with our office. Follow this link to create an account: Once you’ve followed the instructions and created a new account, you will want to save your username and password in a safe place to protect your protected health information. This is how you will log in to your portal account. After each visit with us, you will begin to receive information from our office including your visits, personalized educational information about your medical conditions and secure email correspondence.

Patient Portal Assistance

If you have trouble setting up your account, you are having trouble logging in or if you have questions on how to use features of the Patient Portal, please call our Patient Portal Help Desk at 772-589-8111 Extension 139. Please note – the Patient Portal is only checked by our staff Monday through Friday during normal business hours, so any urgent questions or medical emergencies should be addressed by calling our office directly at 772-589-8111.
